ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.02.2026 in accordance with law.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the respondent police have not yet received complaint from the petitioner.

3.Hence, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh complaint before the second respondent Police.

4. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's fresh complaint, if any, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
