2.Mr.R.Sethuraman, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 to 4.

3.This Writ Petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents 1 to 4 to remove encroachments made by fifth respondent on water running canal boundaries at Kudanchavadi Kanmoi and Kayagulam Kanmoi situated at Kudachadi Village, Mutharasan Post, Sivagangai Taluk, Sivagangai District based on representation dated 03.04.2018.

4.Learned Special Government Pleader seeks time towards consideration of the representation.

5.Without going into the merits of the case and recording the above submission of learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition shall stand disposed of, with a direction to respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of petitioner, dated 03.04.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
