ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to take action against the accused persons based on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.02.2026.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had lodged a complaint before the respondents against the accused persons; however, no action has been taken on the same till date.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner's representation has been taken and notice was issued to the petitioner to appear before the 2nd respondent and to co-operate with the investigation.

4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the 2nd respondent police and cooperate with the investigation. Further, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this 2/4

order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of.
