: Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 09.02.2018 and to take suitable action as against the proposed accused person within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R
This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 09.02.2018.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. According to the petitioner, the petitioner made a complaint to the respondent police against the proposed accused on 09.02.2018. But no action has been taken on the said complaint. Hence, the present petition has been filed before this Court.
4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instructions, would submit that the petitioner submitted a letter dated 02.04.2018 to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent police by stating that he is going to approach the Civil Court seeking remedy with regard to the issue involved in the said complaint. He also produced a copy of the said letter. Therefore, no further proceedings is required in the complaint preferred by the petitioner. Hence, the said complaint was closed.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner disputed the above said submission and he seeks liberty to approach the Concerned Magistrate Court to work out his remedy.
6. In the light of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Sd/- Assistant Registrar (CS-III) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To
