Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KANNAN M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.GUNASEKARAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 & 2 and of MR.T.SENTHILKUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the 3rd Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 1 & 2 by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.15569 of 2021, dated 01.11.2021. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the anticipatory bail was granted to her husband based on the undertaking given by him to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.4724 of 2022 pay the maintenance to the petitioner and her child. The first respondent, who is the husband of the petitioner violated the condition and failed to pay the maintenance amount. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that due to some financial crisis, he failed to pay the amount and he assure that the maintenance amount will be paid to the petitioner. 4.Recording the statement of the respondents, the cancellation application filed by the petitioner to cancel the anticipatory bail is closed.
