Prayer :- This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure to direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate curt No. 2 Pudukkottai to dispose the case pending in C.C No. 62/2018 in Crime No. 494/2007 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police within the time fixed and stipulated by thsi Honourable Court.

ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition is coming on for hearing on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order dated 26/04/2021 of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chief Judicial Magistrate(FAC), Pudukkottai in Letter in D.No.851/2022 dt:02/06/2022 seeking six months time to dispose the case, this Court made the following order:

By letter, dated 02.06.2022 addressed to the Additional Registrar General, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chief Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Pudukkottai, has requested further extension of time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.62 of 2018.
