Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent police to give adequate protection to the petitioner and her family members Priyadarshni (daughter) and Rajasekaran (son), Ramaladevi (daughter) and Giriharan (son in law) from the illegal hands of Veeramani, Durairaj and their team, based on the representation dated 18.06.2016.

O R D E R

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and her family members, based on the representation, dated 18.06.2016. 2.The case of the petitioner is that she is a widow and she is having two daughters. Her elder daughter got already married. One Veeramani is having one side lover affair with her second daughter. When the petitioner refused to give marriage of her second daughter to the said Veeramani, his uncle, namely, Manoharan, who is working as a Special Sub Inspector of Police along with three other persons have threatened her. Therefore, she gave a representation to the first respondent on 18.06.2016. But, so far it was not considered.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side). 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner dated 18.06.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and take a decision within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
