ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.M.Mohan Gandhi Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Muthumanikkam Government Advocate ( Crl.sdie ) for the 1st and 2nd Respondents, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.17740 of 2023 on 22.12.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.17740 of 2023 on 22.12.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
