ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to delete/remove the name of the petitioner from the History Sheet bearing H.S.N311/2022 maintained by the 3rd respondent at Kalayarkovil Police Station, 2.Heard both sides.

3.This Court, without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2026 in the light of the order passed by this Court in a batch of writ petitions in W.P(MD)Nos.19651 of 2017 etc., dated 18.09.2018, and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
