O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no. 1 and 2 to give police protection for life and limb of the petitioner based on the representation dated 24.02.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the representation of the petitioner is still pending and they will conduct enquiry and dispose of the same within fifteen days.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court even without issuing notice to the 4th respondent inclined to pass orders in this petition.

4. Since the representation of the petitioner is pending with the 3rd respondent, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.02.2025 and complete the enquiry Page No. 2 of 4

and dispose of the same in accordance with law within period of fifteen [15] days from the date of this order.

5. With the above said observation and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
