Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce either in person or body or corpus of the petitioner's wife Rajameenakshi, aged about 25 years, who has been detained against will and pleasure by the respondent Nos.3 and 4 at Door No.19, Sarguna Vinayagar Kovil Street, Gopal Samuthram Village, Ambasamudram Circle, Tirunelveli District after securing her before this Court forthwith.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Rajameenakshi, aged 25 years, wife of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The petitioner is not present, whereas his counsel is present.

3. The first respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Munneerpallam Police Station, Tirunelveli District has produced the detenu.

4. The parents of the detenu viz., respondents 3 and 4 are present. The detenu has been secured and she stated that she is living in the house of their parents.

5. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous.
