ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are husband and wife and the respondent Police frequently called the petitioners to the Police Station and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

harassed them under the guise of enquiry.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioners by fabricating the documents sold a TATA SUMO bearing Registration No.58 A H 3637 and the petitioners were called only for enquiry in respect of the complaint pending against them and that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioners. However, he gave an undertaking that if at all the presence of the petitioners is required, the respondent would call the petitioners for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place. 5.Recording the above undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
