This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.90 of 2020 and file final report within a time frame.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submits that the investigation in Cr.No.90 of 2020 has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives in this petition for further direction. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
