Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.VETRIVEL.B., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.GANESAN, Government Advocate for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and the investigation is not yet completed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the compliance of the earlier condition, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
