O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry based on the complaint given by the above said Yuvarani dated 18.01.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate that, on a complaint given against this petitioner, petition enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioner. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
