: Contemnors PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents / contemnors for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.[MD] No.12969 of 2019 dated 08.07.2019 and 20.09.2019. Prayer in WP(MD). 12969/ 2019 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from converting the classification and usage of the land in old T.S.No.11/2, New T.S.No.104 admeasuring to 50050 Sq.fts at Kannan Nagar 3rd Street, Thanjavur, Thanjavur District from that of a Children Play Ground to any other purpose and restrain the respondents from establishing a Micro-Compost Center in the place.
