ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to withdrawal of the case in Crime No.453/2016 pending on the file of respondent No.2 and entrust the same to Respondent No.3 for investigation of the case by a competent officer and file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that

this is a case and case in counter and the respondent police have been investigating the complaint given by the petitioner and they are awaiting for valuation report, for the Trees cut by the accused, from the Forest Department and after obtaining report from the Forest Department, they will file the final report. He further submitted that the investigation is going on, on a right direction. 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
