The petitioner has sought for issuance of writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider his representation, dated 02.01.2025, regarding determination of compensation. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 3.Considering the limited relief that has been sought for by the petitioner, it would suffice to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to be third respondent to conduct an enquiry and forward a report to the second respondent, who shall thereafter pass final orders on the petitioner's representation. The third respondent shall provide an 2/4

opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner at the time of enquiry. The said exercise shall be concluded within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
