ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Store Keeper-cum-Clerk of the respondent Trust, challenging a charge memo issued to him on 05.03.2024. 2.Pending writ petition, by way of final orders dated 30.04.2024, the writ petitioner has been terminated from service.

3.In view of the above said facts, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.

4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed with liberty to the writ petitioner to challenge the order dated 30.04.2024, if he is so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 04.11.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 2/3
