This revision is filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif (FAC), Karaikudi to expedite the hearing in the execution proceedings in E.P.No.183 of 2022 in RLTOP No.2 of 2022. 1/4

2. It is seen that Execution Petition is filed in the year 2022 and it is kept pending at the stage of filing of the counter. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the fact that Execution Petition is pending from the year 2022, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif (FAC), Karaikudi, to expedite the proceedings and complete the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
