O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to issue a Non-Traceable Certificate to the petitioner, based on the representation dated 23.02.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing on behalf of the respondents, submitted that the petitioner has not clearly stated whether he had lost his sale deed and other relevant particulars such as the date and time of loss. In the absence of such details, the respondents were unable to process the complaint.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a Xerox copy of the lost documents, along with all relevant particulars, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of the same, the 2nd respondents shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.02.2026 and proceed further in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks thereafter.
