This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 4 herein to consider the representation of the 2/6

petitioner herein dated 24.11.2025, seeking not to consider the disentitled and statutorily disqualified 5th respondent who is involved and convicted in criminal cases.

2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.Since no adverse orders are passed against the fifth respondent, notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with. 4.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already made an application to the respondents 1 to 4 on 24.11.2025, seeking not to consider or appoint the fifth respondent as a trustee in the subject temple. Since the said representation is pending consideration, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.

5.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the official respondents in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3/6

6.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2025 and pass orders within a period of six [6] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
