Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEGADEESH PANDIAN.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3037 of 2022 dated 10.03.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail. 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
