ORDER

Challenging the order passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Kanniyakumari District at Nagercoil in Crl.M.P.No.2354 of 2023 in C.A.No.37 of 2023, dated 19.07.2023, this criminal revision case has been filed.

2. The order passed by this Court, dated 16.07.2025 directing the petitioner to deposit 20% of the compensation amount to the credit of Crl.M.P.No. 2354 of 2023 in C.A.No.37 of 2023 on the file of Principal Sessions Judge, Kanniyakumari District at Nagercoil is not complied with. Therefore, this criminal revision case fails. The 2nd respondent is directed to secure the petitioner by executing warrant.

3. This Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
