ORDER
This Court, by the order, dated 22.04.2015 directed the petitioner to file batta on or before 27.04.2015, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed automatically. Perusal of the record would reveal that till today, batta has not been filed. Hence, the Transfer CMP was already dismissed as per the earlier order, dated 22.04.2014.
