ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that as on date, no complaint has been received against the petitioner. As and when they receive a complaint, they are bound to take action as per law.

4.In these circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with these two directions:- (I) The respondents will issue summons in writing, if they want to enquire the petitioner. There cannot be any oral summon for attending enquiry.

(II) If the respondents register any FIR, the petitioner will be given due notice, so that, the petitioner will have breathing time to move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.
