This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.10 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that investigation was conducted and final report was filed in C.C.No.4931 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to pursue her remedy in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
