ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner / A3 prays for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act in Crime No. 116 of 2015 on the file of respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 40 kgs of Ganja.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner is having three previous cases.

4. Considering the serious nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
