This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct respondents not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that a complaint has been given by one Padma Anantharaman alleging that the petitioner cheated her by withdrawing the amount by using her ATM card, which was entrusted to him under trust. submitted that the petitioner has not attended for the enquiry and the petition is pending for enquiry.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police for enquiry in the above petition. It is needless to say that the respondent police should not harass the petitioner during the enquiry.
