This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to enlarge the petitioner/Accused on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in connection with the Crime No.150/2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Ayikudi Police Station, Tirunelveli District.

Order : This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.VELRAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18642 of 2018 on 16.10.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.
