This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent not to interfere in this pure civil dispute and also direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. Today, Mr.A.Sakthivel, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Silaiman Police Station is present before this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by these petitioners against one Senthil, a petition enquiry is conducted. Similarly, on the complaint given by said Senthil against this petitioner, a petition enquiry is conducted in CSR No.38/2017. During enquiry, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner and Senthil were called and both the CSRs are closed by advising the petitioner and the said Senthil to work out their remedies before the civil Court.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
