This petition is filed to quash the case in D.V.C.No.3 of 2016, pending on the file of the learned II Additional District Munsifcum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Kumbakonam.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

Since the allegations have been made against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to quash the case.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the appearance of the petitioners 2 to 6 has been dispensed with and they shall appear before the court as and when required. The first petitioner shall appear before the court for all future hearings without fail and on his failure to appear before the court, he shall file an appropriate application under Section 317 Cr.P.C. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.

With the above direction, this petition is closed. Consequently, connected C.M.P.Nos. 8551 and 8552 of 2016 are also
