Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the entire records connected with the detention order of the first respondent in M.H.S.Confdl.No.32/2015 dated 20.03.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu namely Tamilan @ Tamilselvan @ Ramaraj S/o.Ramasamy, aged 52 years, detained in Palayamkottai Central Prison before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for records relating to the detention order passed in M.H.S.Confdl.No.32/2015 dated 20.03.2015 by the detaining authority who has been arrayed as second respondent herein against the detenu by name Tamilan @ Tamilselvan @ Ramaraj S/o.Ramasamy and quash the same and thereby set him at liberty forthwith.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that the detention order passed against the detenu has been revoked and to that effect, G.O.Rt.No.3023 dated 05.05.2015 has been filed, wherein it is stated that the detention order in question has been quashed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous.
