This petition is filed to quash the case in M.C.No.3 of 2015 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

Since the allegations have been made against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to quash the case.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the appearance of the petitioners 2 to 6 has been dispensed with and they shall appear before the court as and when required. The first petitioner shall appear before the court for all future hearings without fail and on failure of the first petitioner to appear before the court, he shall file an appropriate application under Section 317 Cr.P.C.

5. With the above direction, this petition is closed. Consequently, connected C.M.A.Nos. 8556 and 8557 of 2016 are also closed. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, is directed to dispose of M.C.No.3 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.
