ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to give necessary direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.1607 of 2014 and to file final report within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, the respondent police already filed the final report in Crime No.1607 of 2014 and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.152 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai.
