ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2.The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.172 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 3.The petitioners are brothers have joined together and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.5592 of 2020 attacked the de-facto complainant with iron rod causing injury in his left ear.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the State submits that the de-facto complainant had sustained injury and was treated as inpatient. The petitioners after attacking the defacto complainant has absconded. 5.Taking note of their conduct, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners 6.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. sd/- 02/06/2020 / TRUE COPY / / /2020 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
