(R4 & R5 are impleaded vide order dated 12.09.2023 in W.M.P(MD)No.3007/2023) Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, by directing the third respondent to issuing joint patta based on the decree and judgment in O.S.No.1598/2013 dated 06.02.2019 on the file of the III Additional District Munsif, Thiruchirapalli, "C" schedule property to an extent of 12 acres 50 cents in S.F.No.282/2 old S.F.No.1 within a specific period as fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to direct the third respondent to issue joint patta based on the decree and judgment in O.S.No.1598/2013 dated 06.02.2019 on the file of the III Additional District Munsif, Thiruchirapalli, "C" schedule property to an extent of 12 acres 50 cents in S.F.No.282/2 old S.F.No.1 within the stipulated period.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner whose title to the property has been declared had given a representation to the respondents to issue patta in his name, based on the judgement passed in O.S.No. 1598 of 2013 by the III Additional District Munsif, Thiruchirapalli. The said representation has been made as early as on 09.02.2022. Despite the receipt of the same, the respondents have not considered. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 4.Considering the request of the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner has made his representation as early as in February 2022, a mandamus is issued to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after verifying the relevant documents and hearing the parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
