(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to trace out and produce the detenu by name Venkateswari, aged 23 years. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. The petitioner is not present, whereas his counsel is present.
3. The fourth respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Omalur Police Station has produced the detenu and she has been enquired about her alleged contact with the petitioner and she stated that she has had no connection whatsoever with the petitioner. Under the said circumstances, this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves to be dismissed.
