ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the second respondent from granting licenses to the Self Help Group directly, for collecting the users' fees in the 27 Public Toilets and Latrines belongs to the second respondent municipality, situated in Bodinayakkanur, without conducting a Public Auction.

2. The learned Counsels appearing for the respondents have submitted that there is no stay in the present case and pending writ petition the respondents have granted the license to the Self-Help Group. The petitioner has challenged the same in W.P.(MD)No.12534 of 2023. In the meanwhile, the license period of the petitioner was over and the respondents have not extended the license to the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. 2/4

3. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
