ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents to issue Non-Traceable Certificate to the petitioner for the original sale deed No.1171 of 2013 dated 06.03.2013 on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated Nil and 26.10.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the owner of the property admeasuring2.75 cents in Plot No.14 in Survey No.116/2 in Pavali Village, Virudhunagar Taluk. On 25.09.2021 the said document was missing and as such the petitioner has lodged complaint and it is pending for enquiry on the file of the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to issue public notice regarding missing of document and produce the same before the second respondent. On receipt of the same, the second respondentis directed to follow the recent guideline issued by the police department and issue Non traceable certificate to the petitioner after ensuring the said document has not been deposited for any purpose within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
