ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the father of one Dhanalakshmi, aged 19 years. Her date of birth is 12.07.1996. On the allegation that she has been found missing, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. In this connection, it is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that a case has been registered in crime No.94 of 2015 under Section 366 A on the file of the 2nd respondent.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up, Ms.Dhanalakshmi has been produced by the 2nd respondent. She would state that she has married one Mr.Antony Ramesh Raja on 01.04.2015 and she has been living with him in Coimbatore. The said statement is recorded. She would further state that she has not been illegally detained by anybody.

4. The petitioner would submit that the detenue, namely, Ms.Dhanalakshmi may be given her choice to go along with Mr.Antony Ramesh Raja. The said statement is also recorded.

5. In view of the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
