This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Karur to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider the bail application on the date of surrender in Crime No.655 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent police on the very same day.
ORDER:- This Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 21.02.2022, and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed 1/3
in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Purantharadhas, Advocate for petitioner and Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosectuor, for first and second respondent, this Court made the following order:
This petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking extension of time for the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3481 of 2022, dated 21.02.2022.
2.Heard the learned Counsel on both sides.
3.Considering the submission, time granted by this Court vide order dated 21.02.2022, made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3481 of 2022, is extended till 18.04.2022, failing which the petition stands dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. 4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
