ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to take appropriate action as per letter in Na.Ka.No.1671/2022/EvaA-2/dated 20.10.2022.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation on 17.10.2022 to construct a retaining wall in S.No.359/2, Mullipadi Village to prevent the overflowing of water which is damaging the petitioner's agricultural produces. In pursuance thereof, the first respondent has forwarded the petitioner's representation to the second respondent and the second respondent, in turn, forwarded the same to the third respondent and intimated the petitioner that retaining wall would be constructed after obtained necessary approval. However, no action has been taken till date. The petitioner once again made a representation to the fourth respondent on 12.12.2022 in this regard. However, the same is yet to be considered. Hence, the Writ Petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be disposed within the time stipulated by this Court. 2/4

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.12.2022 and dispose of the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
