Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.SELVAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR. S.BHARATHI, Government Advocate on behalf of the 1st Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court is of the view that this case can be referred to the mediation centre. Since the dispute is only with regard to the nonpayment of the advance amount given by the defacto complainant to the petitioners by virtue of the sale agreement entered between them.

2.The parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 04.10.2018, at 03.30.p.m. The first respondent is directed to inform the second respondent to appear before the Mediation Centre, on the same day.

3.The Mediation Centre is directed to complete the process of mediation within a period of one month and file a report before this Court.

4.The respondent is directed not to file a final report till the completion of the mediation process.
