This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned 1/4

Additional District Judge, Padmanabapuram to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.214 of 2019, within the time fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner/plaintiff filed the above suit as against the respondent, for the relief of partition and for separate possession before the Additional District Court, Padmanabapuram. He further submits that written statement was filed on 16.04.2021 and on 24.11.2021 issues have also been framed. Thereafter, it was posted under the caption "IA/EA pending/CMP pending/CRP pending/CMA pending till 08.02.2022. Hence, the petitioner filed this present Civil Revision Petition seeking for early disposal of O.S.No.214 of 2019. 3.This Court considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the materials placed on record.

4.It is seen from the records that the suit is of the year 2019, wherein, written statement was filed and issues have also been framed.

5.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Padmanabapuram to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.214 of 2019, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
