For Respondent : Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 133 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 354, 307, 506(ii) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of TNPWH Act, in Crime No.133 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Due to previous motive, these petitioners along with one Marimuthu have attacked the de-facto complainant and his daughter causing injuries on the head, elbow and hands. The prime accused Marimuthu who attacked the de-facto complainant with iron rod alone was arrested and these petitioners are yet to be arrested. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the gravity of the crime, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
