This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to initiate actions against the second respondent based on the Petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2022.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the representation from the petitioner, the respondents Police had conducted a detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 10.02.2022.

3.Recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
