No. 2822 of 2025 dt. 14.02.2025 while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.2822 of 2025, dated 14.02.2025, for executing the sureties.

2. Dr.R. Alagumani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to financial crisis the petitioner could not able to mobilize the funds. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time is extended till 27.03.2025 to comply the order, dated 14.02.2025 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2822 of 2025.
