ORDER
By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the first respondent.
3. The petitioner is figuring as the first respondent in T.R.No.13 of 2008 on the file of the first respondent.
4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the matter is simply pending without even assigning hearing dates. All that he prays is that the said proceedings should be speedily concluded. This Court finds the said request to be reasonable.
5. In view of the nature of relief granted in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 2 to 4 is dispensed with. The first respondent is directed to conclude the said proceedings on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall intimate the petitioner about the next hearing date in T.R.No.13 of 2008. In other words the first respondent should not dispose of the proceedings without putting the respondents 2 to 4 herein on notice. It is also clarified that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
