ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners / A1 and A2, who were arrested on 20.07.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 342 and 302 IPC in Crime No.334 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity the petitioners attacked the deceased and murdered. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody from 20.07.2016 onwards. 5.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) strongly objected for granting bail to the petitioners since A1 is a habitual offender and investigation is pending.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that investigation is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
